GREAT service when delivery didn't go as planned! Delivery address was inputted incorrectly by me upon checkout (one digit was incorrect). When I called Holabird with 'Undeliverable' notice from USPS, they not only tracked down the location to the local USPS, and called them several times to verify item was not returned back to Holabird, but called me back to confirm item was still in fact at the USPS local branch for my pick up. GREAT SERVICE! This doesn't happen anywhere today in today's ecommerce world of purchasing. I've already told many about Holabird. I'm even willing to pay more in the future because they have built trust with me!

I'll be back! Initially I came in to ask some questions about the HOKA Gaviota 5 as I had issues with 2 pairs of shoes that I ordered directly from HOKA. I have 3 pairs of Gaviota 4's and the new 5 size did not fit like the old 4. Kim explained the differences and fit me in the right show and because of her expert help I left with 2 pairs of HOKA's and my wife 1! Thank you Kim.

I had a gel-kayano shoe that lasted… I had a gel-kayano shoe that lasted for over 5 yrs and they were so comfortable. having forgotten where I purchased them, I googled them-Instead of a gel-kayano 26, I got a 30! Being on my feet for 8 hrs, these shoes are so comfortable, no having to break them in-perfect immediately! Now I know where to always get my shoes!
