Being on my feet for 8 hrs, these shoes are so comfortable, no having to break them in-perfect immediately! Now I know where to always get my shoes!

GREAT service when delivery didn't go as planned! Delivery address was inputted incorrectly by me upon checkout (one digit was incorrect). When I called Holabird with 'Undeliverable' notice from USPS, they not only tracked down the location to the local USPS, and called them several times to verify item was not returned back to Holabird, but called me back to confirm item was still in fact at the USPS local branch for my pick up. GREAT SERVICE! This doesn't happen anywhere today in today's ecommerce world of purchasing. I've already told many about Holabird. I'm even willing to pay more in the future because they have built trust with me!

Holabird always has the lowest prices Holabird always has the lowest prices. I’ve never needed to return an item before, but this purchase I did need to return. I called for a Return Authorization as the website instructed. I spoke with the nicest lady who gave me instructions how to make my return, and to my surprise, she sent me a postage paid return label. I got an email telling me that they had received my return, and in just a day or two, I saw the credit to my credit card.
