Even great for Recumbent bikes. My wife and I have recumbent bikes, and have had them for almost 20 years. We ride almost every day. My wife recently had a knee replacement, and has had difficulty on some hills. We have researched E-bikes, and have decided to keep the comfort of of our old bikes. Hilltopper, seemed to be the best choice, so I bought (2) 20" Horizon kits. Since our bikes are quite different than most, mounting the battery bracket took a little longer than I expected, but not bad. Now we are loving the ride more than ever, and no hill has been a problem. Thanks Hilltopper!

The Road Goes Ever On I've taken my Schwinn Meridian to several private, county,& state campgrounds. Its marvelous. I'm 73 & don't think I've had more fun camping than after installing the Hilltopper assembly. I had to get additional cables as those supplied where a tad short for my trike. I'm terribly glad I went this route. My husband has an Ebike which gets away from him now & again. The Hilltopper is perfect for my needs.

Great Choice ! Fast shipping. Simple to install. In my opinion the best add on kit out there. Gives you power when you need it and standard pedaling when you don't. The Sprinter is a great choice for converting cruiser and vintage bikes like ours.

Mixed results with the Summit kit. I bought the Hilltopper Summit kit. The documention was not accurate and incomplete. The kit met my needs but not my expectations. The way to reset the trip counter is not obvious and their tech did not know the proper way to do it. There are several features that the display is capable of but not implemented. I expected more of their top of the line kit. The display was initially defective but their tech was good about sending another one. The throttle has a dead zone and it is difficult to control the power.

My wishes were never met My wishes were never met! I wanted a second battery to replace my failing one, that way my range is extended plus I will not be stranded. The first person sold me a complete battery/carrier set up but the set up was mismatched. The second person straightened this mistake out but I still have my old battery/carrier set up and it is incompatible with the new carrier/battery. Now several months later I'm tired of working with these guys.
