I have been trying to talk with someone… I have been trying to talk with someone from your company and all I get is they are not taking calls at the time the recording says. I placed an order and a week later the price was dropped again. I think I should be entitled to the new low price.

Unexplained cancelled order Made an order. Got email saying shipped. 3 days later checked tracking status. Said order cancelled w/ no explanation. No email notification etc. This is disappointing. Especially when buying a Christmas present We will see if they make this right. At the least a refund... and I take my business elsewhere where they value me.
