See Through Hunt Blind - Outstanding Customer Service We purchased a double-hunting blind over a year ago. We setup for an elk hunt and it got trampled by an elk while out in the field, breaking one side cam & rods. I contacted TideWe to see if I could purchase a part to replace the broken one. I did this knowing full well it was out of warranty and regardless an Elk stampede wouldn't be covered. TideWe customer service was above and beyond. While they don't carry replacement parts, they offered me an extraordinary discount cost to purchase a complete replacement double-blind. I promptly took them up on it and expected it to be a few weeks for it to arrive. It showed up less than 4 days later. While it would be nice to be able to buy parts, having an entire 2nd setup (from which I can salvage parts) is pretty amazing. They didn't HAVE to do anything and yet they did! I respect that, especially in today's market and that goes a very very long way for me. Further, the original, elk-trampled blind.. it's been great! Held up through snowstorms and heavy winds.

Great customer service I left a review regarding the poor shape the box was in due to shipping. Company responded quickly which I was not expecting and addressed my issue to my satisfaction. Can't ask for more than that, especially since this was an issue out of their control. Product was in tact regardless. It was a gift and has not been used yet due to waiting on colder weather. But I would definitely not hesitate to order directly from this company again. Sometimes Amazon isn't the only answer!
