Excellent experience and customer service! First experience renting a wetsuit anywhere (I have zero wetsuit experience of any kind) and it was so simple. When I swam in it the first time I realized it was too big and I was only 7 days out from my Triathlon. I called and there had been a mix up which they corrected immediately and sent me a new one that arrived 2 days later. They even sent me a new return pouch so I could return both together making it easier for me. I will definitely use them again.

Order, customer service, and product all great Came a day early, fit great, wetsuit in good condition (a couple small nicks that had been patch, to be expected). Found a super small tear in the wrist (didn't affect wetsuit performance at all) and I emailed them to make sure I wouldn't get charged since it was already there. Received a prompt response assuring me I was all good and wishing me luck in the race. The handwritten sticky included in the package was a nice personal touch :)

Used this wet suit rental for my first… Used this wet suit rental for my first IronMan and coincidentally swam my fastest IronMan time ever. Definitely would use again on my next race the process could not be any easier or timely.

I have rented wet suits for myself and… I have rented wet suits for myself and family members for the last three years (I even purchased my rented suit from them last year). Service has been flawless. Suits are delivered in plenty of time for pre-race testing and their experience in the business essentially guarantees a perfect fit. They make suit return after the race very easy. I couldn't be a more satisfied customer.

Great experience Needed a wetsuit last-minute (ordered on Monday, Triathlon was on the following Sunday) and these came on Weds or Thursday and worked perfectly for my triathlon! Returned the wetsuit the following Tuesday using the pre-paid label. Will use again if I ever need to rent a wetsuit.
