Truly exceptional customer service The team at Just Wetsuits was a pleasure to deal with. As a newby to triathlon, and a questioning sort of person to begin with, I had a lot of questions about a wetsuit - fit, style, design, brand, etc. All of my questions were answered completely, patiently, and with good humor. Super helpful and accommodating Super helpful and accommodating. Gave me very detailed information about my suit and what I needed for my upcoming race. I signed up for my first half ironman and the company walked me through everything I needed to know for the wetsuit. Would highly recommend.

Hi loved the wetsuit Hi loved the wetsuit, very good for irish waters. Came very quickly within a few days. I paid 85 extra for shipping which I was aware of and innocently thought that would cover any customs costs, however today 3 weeks after receiving the wetsuit i got a bill from fedex saying i had to pay 65euro. Surely this can't be . What was the 85 for otherwise.

Customer Service was very helpful and… Customer Service was very helpful and quickly responded to my inquiries via FB Messenger chat. I started off thinking I wanted an Orca Alpha, but after guidance from staff about sizing and availability it turns out Zone3 had a wetsuit that would better fit my body type. Two swims so far in my new wetsuit and everything looks and feels great!

Kristen was great Kristen was great. I just bought three wetsuits from Just Wetsuits. She knows her stuff. Personal attention over the phone regarding sizing and she was spot on(we didn't even try them on-she took our weight and height over the phone and hit the bulls-eye . The wetsuits arrived just as hoped with a personalized note. She cares. I often worry about buying something online from some company I don't know. I rolled the dice with Just Wetsuits and I found that they are a real company with a real wonderful owner. I am buy a new triathlon wetsuit shortly and I will be buying it from just Kristen.Just Wetsuits is my new and only wetsuit company. David Brandt
