Kristen was extremely helpful Kristen was extremely helpful! Explaining differences and similarities of suits/fits. She spent an hour and half in the phone, including FaceTiming to support me in the best fit of the suit!! The best customer service ever!! Felt like we could be friends! I’m grateful to be back in the water❤️

Just Wetsuits has been an amazing… Just Wetsuits has been an amazing resource for me. I bought my first wetsuit from them which was a rental that I ended up purchasing. Then I saw them a few years later at a race where I actually forgot to pack my wetsuit. They really saved me! They also went the extra step to ensure I had the right fit and that I was comfortable after the practice swim in the suit. That type of service is rare today and they are now my ONLY resource for wetsuits and other triathlon accessories.

The company did everything fine but I… The company did everything fine but I ordered a wetsuit that was too small (my first order) and I had to withdraw from the triathlon in open water. I had provided my height and weight but maybe I underestimated my build (slight). I needed a suit at least a couple of inches longer because I thought I was going to have a heart attack just getting it on and off and swimming in it as a test was exhausting after one lap in a pool. Next time I'll order a larger suit.

Hi loved the wetsuit Hi loved the wetsuit, very good for irish waters. Came very quickly within a few days. I paid 85 extra for shipping which I was aware of and innocently thought that would cover any customs costs, however today 3 weeks after receiving the wetsuit i got a bill from fedex saying i had to pay 65euro. Surely this can't be . What was the 85 for otherwise.

Super helpful and accommodating Super helpful and accommodating. Gave me very detailed information about my suit and what I needed for my upcoming race. I signed up for my first half ironman and the company walked me through everything I needed to know for the wetsuit. Would highly recommend.
