More than professional The wetsuit I wanted was not in stock. The owner was aware of my time constraints and because of her knowledge and experience ended up sending a wetsuit that was even better for me that the one I wanted, and fit me well for my unique body shape. Without her personal assistance I would have surely purchased the wrong size suit. I'm glad I had an experienced person lead me through the process that also cared about my timeline. All communication was quick and responsive, including a return call during her family sporting event. The entire interaction was more than professional and quite impressive.

She spent an hour and half in the phone, including FaceTiming to support me in the best fit of the suit!! The best customer service ever!! Felt like we could be friends! Great advice on sizing, wetsuit purchased was perfect. I don't usually write reviews however I got such great service from Just Wetsuits I thought I should this time. With no pools to swim in re Covid my daughter had resorted to swimming in Lake WA to train and needed an updated wetsuit. I almost ordered the wrong size until I spoke with Just Wetsuits and the owner was terrific guiding me to the correct sizing and very knowledgable about what suit to buy. Delivery only took a couple of days and the suit fits and works perfectly. This is the only place you need to shop for a wetsuit!
