The company did everything fine but I… The company did everything fine but I ordered a wetsuit that was too small (my first order) and I had to withdraw from the triathlon in open water. I had provided my height and weight but maybe I underestimated my build (slight). I needed a suit at least a couple of inches longer because I thought I was going to have a heart attack just getting it on and off and swimming in it as a test was exhausting after one lap in a pool. Next time I'll order a larger suit.

My wife upgraded her wetsuit and I… My wife upgraded her wetsuit and I bought my first wetsuit through Just Wetsuits. We were in the Phoenix area and were lucky enough to go to their distribution centre for sizing. Kristen was very knowledgeable, had great stock and prices. Awesome.

Exceptional! Expert help guiding me to the right suit! Couldn't be happier! Kristen was so helpful and guided me to the perfect open water swimming wetsuit. I'm a strong swimmer, but a total novice to open water swimming, and with all pools closed due to the novel coronavirus, I was determined to get into chilly Puget Sound. Searching online really didn't tell me much, but once on the phone with Kristen, I knew I was in good hands. Based on my goals and ability, she narrowed the search to three manufacturers, with a couple price points each. She specified my size for each -because they are different across the board, and I chose the Orca Equip. It arrived the same week, and fits me perfectly! I sent two friends to Kristen and they have had the same excellent help. Highly recommended!

More than professional The wetsuit I wanted was not in stock. The owner was aware of my time constraints and because of her knowledge and experience ended up sending a wetsuit that was even better for me that the one I wanted, and fit me well for my unique body shape. Without her personal assistance I would have surely purchased the wrong size suit. I'm glad I had an experienced person lead me through the process that also cared about my timeline. All communication was quick and responsive, including a return call during her family sporting event. The entire interaction was more than professional and quite impressive.
