I found exactly what I was looking for (Body Solid G5S) along with the GIOT thigh attachment and a few other accessories. Even with the current global supply chain issues, I was surprised at how quickly I received the equipment. Outstanding customer service in Gloucester branch. I have just purchased a Cross Trainer in the Gloucester branch. As we walked into the store, we were immediately acknowledged and greeted by Peter Dalton and his college. Peter offered his assistance and without being pushy, he gave us information of the different Cross Trainers and other equipment in the Shop. Top notch customer service I picked up an elliptical at their facility and took it to Portland in my pickup. They measured my truck bed and custom built a pallet to fit. Then they secured the machine to it so it was rock solid and wrapped it thoroughly to protect it from any rain. I was very impressed. I did have a warranty claim for a button that wasn't working correctly, so they sent a technician to my home and fixed it. Easy Peasy! I've been recommending Fitness Superstore to everyone ever since.

I cancel my gym membership because I did not like to keep driving place to place and now I can have all the time to do what I want to do and don't have to worry about using gym equipment at the gym and others saying iam using it and there not really using it.
