Top notch customer service I picked up an elliptical at their facility and took it to Portland in my pickup. They measured my truck bed and custom built a pallet to fit. Then they secured the machine to it so it was rock solid and wrapped it thoroughly to protect it from any rain. I was very impressed. I did have a warranty claim for a button that wasn't working correctly, so they sent a technician to my home and fixed it. Easy Peasy!
