GBWhy put a parts stickers on the… Why put a parts stickers on the product? You have to take off the sticker that only partially comes off. Then you have to remove the pieces that didn't come off with along with sticky mess left behind. Then you have to rub it down with a cleaner to get the rest of the sticky stuff off. Dont inconvenience the customer when you can find another way to "sticker" your products.

Almost Perfect. . .
GBI ordered a roof basket which arrived… I ordered a roof basket which arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping (FedEx Ground). The box was torn and a top rail dented. This is a roof rack, so I expect it to get scratched/dented through use, but I wanted to put the dents in it my self. I reached out to customer support and they got back with me quickly and we agreed to a fix. My major concern was with the complete lack of over-boxing. An additional box of heaver cardboard with, perhaps, some Styrofoam could have prevented the issue. In summary: Customer Service is awesome Shipping needs to loon into over-boxing. John Gillaspy
