Great customer service and produxt I ordered four golf trophies and the customer representative was engaged with me from day - I sent a logo in that had to be converted to an EPI file and I gave them the creativeness to revise the logo and they got it right the first time. I plan to order more trophies from them in the near future. I strongly recommend that you use them for all of your trophy and engraving projects.

Excellent Experience Ordered the Decanters with a custom logo. They turned around the logo quickly and they accommodated some small changes, processed it quickly and shipped timely. The product turned out great! One of the decanters arrived broken, and they quickly turned another one around and expedited delivery to ensure it was available for me when it was needed.
