Shipping was fine, product incomplete Shipping was fine. DEDA jet 1 clipon bars arrived but without pad stickers, assume this is a Deda problem. Reported to starbike, with acknowledgement but no solution. I will buy velcro tape. Not critical but hassel for an expensive product.

Good prices, good service Impossible to find many German-made bike products in the USA, or, if you can find them, the prices are outrageous. I've ordered form StarBike several times; the order is always filled accurately. Sometimes one may have to wait for an item to com into stock, but that is always detailed before one orders. With the dollar so strong against the Euro, this is a great place to shop.

Satisfied MTBer... Found a set of Woolftooth Waveform pedals at a really competitive price (posting expenses included) and got delivery within 3 working days... Not much more one can ask really! Keep up the good work Starbike ;-)

I can’t fault this company I can’t fault this company. I’ve bought several bike components off them and I have always been more than satisfied with there service such as communications, delivery and tracking etc.. You may have to pay customs duties on some items if you live in the uk, however the price of the items is normally a lot cheaper than the uk so it balances itself out..at least that what I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend Starbike.com. and I will be using them again… In fact I think I have something in my basket as I write this review. Cheers!

Order not dispatched and impossible to speak to them! Ordered a set of forks from their website. Currently waiting over 11 days and nothing has been dispatched and I've heard nothing! The order has been "manually locked" and have not been able to contact anyone meaningfully by phone, email, or their ticket system. I have an open ticket which they have acknowledged for the last week but have failed to give any information or update on my order whatsoever! Even a "sorry to keep you waiting" would be nice.
