GBVery pleased with America's Bike…Top Notch Service Very pleased with America's Bike Company when first ordered it took a couple(2) days longer than I expected to get my wheels shipped, but I understand being short staffed, but had problems with the Nexus 3spd. wheel. I called them and they shipped a replacement the same day, so I must say their customer service is top notch, thanks ABC.

GBGreat service My son could not be happier with his bike. They did not have the bike we ordered originally and they got in touch with me promptly and offered two great alternatives options. Shipped quickly, it was a pretty seamless experience even with changing the original bike. Great service!

GBWheelset was not as described Wheelset was not as described. No information as to how to contact with problem. An email to company about issue went unanswered. My only recourse is to donate unusable wheelset to a local bike charity.
