They have a great selection of bikes… They have a great selection of bikes for any type of riding. Liked the prices so much I ended up purchasing a discounted electric bike on-line through ABC. Unfortunately the size on-line didn't match what they had in stock. Nik quickly responded via email to notify me and see if there were any other sizes I would be interested in. In addition, he offered a discount (the price of shipping) on one of their newest e-bikes this spring once it became available. I’m very impressed at the way things were handled, especially the customer service, and would recommend anyone shopping for a bike on-line go straight to ABC.

Enjoying tandem cruiser - shipping damage issue resolved with great service! I'm amending a previous review since the issue has been resolved quickly and with great customer service. I previously wrote a 3-star review because the bike arrived damaged. I am revising that to a 5-star rating because Nik was highly communicative in making things right. I provided some pictures of the damage, and expediently received replacement parts, which are exactly what was needed. Problem solved! I really appreciate the friendly assistance. We get lots of compliments and have a blast riding our new (and now functional) Schwinn Tango tandem cruiser!

Single to Three Speed Conversion Ordered parts to convert my single speed cruiser bike to a three speed. ABC offered the right wheels, Nexus hub and shifters at the right price, and they showed up quickly. The instructions provided by Shimano were not in the box, so I had find the 3i adjustment procedure online, but that was minor. I had to re-dish both wheels so that the tires would be centered, but as stated on the packaging material, these parts are intended for a qualified shop, and fortunately I have a truing stand and dishing tool. All in all, this was an excellent buy, and ABC provided an outstanding customer experience.

Thumbs Up! My first purchase experience with Americas Bike Company was very good. Four not five stars because I was disappointed that I did not get a response to my web inquiry within 24 hours, so I ended up calling. The call went directly to someone who could answer my questions and was clearly familiar with the product. When I ordered, I had a question that I included on the submission that resulted in a quick return call to clear up. The wheels were shipped really fast. Very well packaged and complete. Pricing was best I could find online. I will def look back to these guys for future bike purchases.

Bike order experience I was happy with the price, and communication. The person I spoke to when I called was very helpful and advised on expected delivery timing etc. I was a bit surprised when the bike was delivered how much assembly was expected. It’s beyond my capability and there weren’t any instructions provided. I expected it to be setup with minimal assembly required. I had to take it to a local bike store to build it for me.
