GBCompany has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer. Shipping was quicker than expected, as quick as it would have been pre-COVID. The bike got here in great condition, nothing missing from the box. There was one error that was corrected quickly, within an hour of a phone call. GBWheelset was not as described Wheelset was not as described. No information as to how to contact with problem. An email to company about issue went unanswered. My only recourse is to donate unusable wheelset to a local bike charity.
