I spent time looking for a table upon… I spent time looking for a table upon calling your company. All my questions were answered when I finally decided to pull the trigger. It was explained to me for five weeks for delivery and set up. It took one extra week and coming from Georgia to Illinois that was more than acceptable, the gentleman that set it up did a thorough job. They explained everything to me and I can honestly say that I’ve had plenty of hours of playing pool on this table and I enjoy it each and every day that I play I purchased additional items from your company was taking care of so well , a different holder and a few other cues thank you very much. You earned my business and I can honestly tell you that I’m a very, very satisfied customer.

Great buying experience We ordered the Spencer Marston Annapolis pool table and we are very happy! The pics of the table look good but it looks even better in person. The customer service was also wonderful. Jonathon and Dennis were quick to respond and answered all of questions. Very good experience!

Spenser Marston - Venetian Table My new Venetian pool table showed up today. The installer Rudy was right on time and did a fantastic job setting it up! I was very impressed with the quality of the table and how it enhanced our game room. The pictures on line do not do justice to actual table itself. I give high regards to Caleb and all those involved. From the time I ordered the table, the communication process was first class! Everything was on time and in impeccable condition. Earlier I mention our installer Rudy. He didn’t just show up to throw it together and leave. He was very experienced and knew talking with me, the level of expectations. He exceeded all of them. Prato Table I ordered my Prato pool table online after my visit to the Pooltables.com NJ showroom. Visiting the showroom gives you a great reference to the woodwork color, quality and style of a few of their pool table selections. The NJ showroom staff were friendly and answered all my questions with no sales pressure. The pool table installers were courteous and punctual. They also removed my old table before the installation of the new one. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with pooltables.com.
