Well, you could do a little bit better Well, you got my address wrong so the first attempt by UPS was unsuccessful and the next two attempts by UPS to the correct address were unsuccessful. I ended up having to pick up the package at the UPS facility. I don’t know...I was rather annoyed by all this but I have the package.

you're getting off to a very bad start you're getting off to a very bad start. my order arrived today but there was no shipping notification, no delivery notification, no name or apartment number on package, shipped from a different state than the company is in and with a different company name so i had no idea who this was from. i live in an apartment building so the chances of someone else taking it were high. i had to take the chance of opening it to see if it was mine. finally when i go to your website to track and see if it is mine without opening, you have no tracking on site and try to get me to download an app. immediately after the purchase you sent an email so i could review my purchase and then proceeded to make these mistakes.

I had some problems with an ultraflate… I had some problems with an Ultraflate I bought and I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had with a product. I explained my issues and Genuine Innovations had no questions and REPLACED MY PRODUCT FREE OF CHARGE. GI has found a customer for life because of their awesome service AND them standing behind their products. Finding a company that does both nowadays is a rarity. When I do find that, I will go out of my way to continue to buy from that company. Keep Up the great work GI! Thank you so much!

I don't generally give 5 star ratings… I don't generally give 5 star ratings because something could always be better but honestly, I don't think anything could have been here. I reached out with a problem - I couldn't get the head of my inflater to unscrew. Karyn answered immediately and sent me a new inflater (and pointed out that they are warrantied for life). 2 great reasons to keep buying them!
