We enjoy it immensely, but bought a 2 pack of paddles from Dick’s and they are super heavy and I didn’t like mine at all! Great service After deciding on buying a new paddle, I went to the PickleballCentral website and spent some time reading reviews and checking prices. The club I belong to is registered with them and a 5% discount is given to the club and buyer. I had an issue with the online order as I tried to use a gift card not realizing the site doesn't support them. I needed to wait a couple of hours to call the west coast and when I did the woman was very helpful and corrected the order. I think she personally packed the order and got it shipped that day as it was a Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday here in New Hampshire. Great service! The paddle? yes its great.

Great Customer Service I unsuccessfully tried to order the Onix Z5 Graphite online on a Saturday. I then called Customer Service and placed the order. I didn't realize at the time that the agent didn't record my delivery address correctly until Sunday when I was reviewing my email. Also on this Sunday I received an email that the paddle was ready for shipment awaiting carrier pickup. I called the first thing on the following Monday and talked to another Customer Service representative. She corrected the delivery address and I received the paddle on the Thursday of the same week. One other bonus was the paddle was a special order and included a cover. It turned out it was an Onix cover and not a generic cover! Thanks Pickleball Central!
