Poor Packaging for a Paddle My new pickleball paddle was delivered in a thin plastic bag. No padding. I like my paddle so far, but I wonder what type of stress it had to endure during shipping. It is very disappointing that Pickleball Central can't show more respect for their products than throwing them into a thin plastic bag and calling it good.

Great service After deciding on buying a new paddle, I went to the PickleballCentral website and spent some time reading reviews and checking prices. The club I belong to is registered with them and a 5% discount is given to the club and buyer. I had an issue with the online order as I tried to use a gift card not realizing the site doesn't support them. I needed to wait a couple of hours to call the west coast and when I did the woman was very helpful and corrected the order. I think she personally packed the order and got it shipped that day as it was a Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday here in New Hampshire. Great service! The paddle? yes its great.
