Wow, That is what I call "Spot-on" customer service. Wow! Just for the record, I get totally wigged out not knowing if I have a BB30 or a press-fit, or similarly, whether my chainring is 110 vs 130 bcd; but I knew I wanted a Quarqs Power Meter-for sure. Fortunately, as I was searching (mindlessly online trying to figure out what I need for my Canyon Endurance) on their website, a Quarqs representative reached out to me to ask about my bike set-up. He had me take and forward pictures of my chainring and bottom bracket so he could determine the best system for my bike. In a day, he came back with a recommendation. I must say, considering the multitude a bike's specs, he relieved me from a "heck of a lot" of stress. I call that "Spot on" service.

I had purchased a power tap cn1 when… I had purchased a power tap cn1 when they first came out and found that I preferred a chainring power meter over the stages crank arm style that I bought as a first venture into power meters. My cn1 went bad and after I found that Sram/Quqrk bought them I researched them and decided on a Quark chainring style and couldn’t be more pleased with it.

I bought a DZero PM just over 2 years… I bought a DZero PM just over 2 years ago. PM spider integrated into a SRAM Red crankset. Super reliable up until it just died as I was cycling along. Phoned Quarq customer service and went through a few tests. Very polite guy confirmed that it was dead. Appreciated that it was out of warranty but thought they might be able to repair it or offer to replace the spider element at cost- No, no help or support whatsoever for an expensive bit of kit that had seen light careful use. Basically throw it away, zip all product support offered. Very disappointed.

4/23/19 This has been my first order… 4/23/19 This has been my first order placed with Quark. The person whom I dealt with through the entire process is, Luke. I will say that my experience was nothing short of "world class" Luke provided amazing service, always followed up lightening fast, provides detailed answers to all my questions, and was truly interested in providing the best customer experience. It was a great pleasure working with Luke! Give the guy a nice $ bonus when you can. He is worth it. Mark

Plain and simple Quarq is the best I have had a Quarq power meter for the past year and it has been wonderful. I did have to contact Quarq for a problem that I was having that stop me from using my device but made it aggravating and they were quick to respond and had great information that helped me troubleshoot my device and get it working perfectly. I could imagine using another power meter on my bike.
