Excellent service Excellent on-phone advice regarding power meter and bike frame/ group set compatibility. Quick delivery to Canada. Awaiting installation on the bike so unable to comment as yet on use of the SRAM Force AXS Spider mount power meter.

Plain and simple Quarq is the best I have had a Quarq power meter for the past year and it has been wonderful. I did have to contact Quarq for a problem that I was having that stop me from using my device but made it aggravating and they were quick to respond and had great information that helped me troubleshoot my device and get it working perfectly. I could imagine using another power meter on my bike.

Quick Service I dropped a chain it got bound between the the frame and the chainring. I had to force it out and after I did the power meter quit. I tried recalibrating and a couple of other suggest fixes but the readings were way off. Emailed the diagnostics to quarq and they told me that it would need to be sent in. From the time I sent it till the time it was back in my hands was 7 days. Amazing!

Fantastic online support I have PowerTap V1 pedals that we over 3 years old. They have stopped working. I reached out online and the service was incredible. Fast response, quick suggestion on how to fix the problem and couriered the parts. Great customer service.

Horrible Customer Service My Powertap hub, G3 cap stopped working. Tried to engage with customer service to warranty but since its been over a few years and i cannot produce a receipt although the serial number is quite evident on my photos that i sent i was turned down. Emails back and forth for 2 weeks to CS took days a time to get responses. When this was with Saris they would take care of their customers and i have used the hub based power for over 10 years, now Quarq and this is what i get, not even a discounted new hub cap unit. I have a new Tarmac that i was considering purchasing a spider version PM but i am seriously considering going with Dura Ace crank arm based PM rather than deal with this company.
