CAGreat Power Meter, customer service and ease of install! Having not been very satisfied with advice on Quarq power meters from a few Canadian bike shops, I called Quarq direct to determine which set to go with. The guy I spoke to was exceptionally helpful and checked into my bikes specification to match me to the right Quarq. He even gave me a “watch out” for the chainrings that I run when switching out. Placed an order direct with Quarq and received within a week! Only negative would be the packaging could be a bit more secure. When received, the cranks were not in their holders within the box and we’re loose so would have rattled around inside the box. All installed, working perfectly on the indoor trainer and now to wait for a warmer day to hit the road!

GBI had purchased a power tap cn1 when… I had purchased a power tap cn1 when they first came out and found that I preferred a chainring power meter over the stages crank arm style that I bought as a first venture into power meters. My cn1 went bad and after I found that Sram/Quqrk bought them I researched them and decided on a Quark chainring style and couldn’t be more pleased with it.

GBWow, That is what I call "Spot-on" customer service. Wow! Just for the record, I get totally wigged out not knowing if I have a BB30 or a press-fit, or similarly, whether my chainring is 110 vs 130 bcd; but I knew I wanted a Quarqs Power Meter-for sure. Fortunately, as I was searching (mindlessly online trying to figure out what I need for my Canyon Endurance) on their website, a Quarqs representative reached out to me to ask about my bike set-up. He had me take and forward pictures of my chainring and bottom bracket so he could determine the best system for my bike. In a day, he came back with a recommendation. I must say, considering the multitude a bike's specs, he relieved me from a "heck of a lot" of stress. I call that "Spot on" service.

COi don't like the new Etap AXS i don't like the new Etap AXS, the casette 10-28 has a terrible jump in the last 2 speeds from 24T to 28T. I usually used the shimano 11-28T casettes and I never had that problem, i had never not even noticed that jump, you where very smart introducing a new 10T ring and smaller chainrings., until then, everythig was fine, but also changing the oldest and proven 11-28 cassette, adding a 16T ring, and making a quite uncomfortable jump betwen. 24t and 28t looks like a improvisation mistake.
