Great customer service I had a small with all my mediums on accident and they emailed me to double check if that was correct! I've never had a company care so much!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE i ordered a piece of fitness equipment that was supposed to be delivered in 4 different parts.all the parts didnt arrive together due to a snow storm in nyc and the customer service guy was on the phone and emailing me 3 to 4 different times to make sure i got my delivery. it all did arrive eventually and i was completely satisfied.

No product. No refund. No Customer Service Zoobgear, I bought a pair of boxing gloves that turned out to be backordered. I asked for the order to be cancelled and get a refund. 3 weeks have passed and customer service does not answer my e-mails or phone calls. I hope Zoobgear is understaffed during the season but I'affraid that you are merely running a deceptive business practice. I have thus reported Zoobgear to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. I hope this will make you shift gears and get back to me otherwise I intend to file a small claims lawsuit.
