I would highly recommend this company I would highly recommend this company. The customer service is outstanding and they worked with me to meet my deadline. They provided exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied and will use them again whenever I have a need for a product they can provide. You don't see companies that go the extra mile to help a customer in today's world but Zoobgear does.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE i ordered a piece of fitness equipment that was supposed to be delivered in 4 different parts.all the parts didnt arrive together due to a snow storm in nyc and the customer service guy was on the phone and emailing me 3 to 4 different times to make sure i got my delivery. it all did arrive eventually and i was completely satisfied.

Fake Company Its a bad customer service ever. I ordered an item last month for $14.99 and international shipping for $79.95 and I didn’t receive it yet. They put there phone number in there website ‭1 (855) 339-7515‬ and when you call they will tell you that phone number is for another company. And when you send them email messages they won’t answer. Its a fake company they just trying to steal people’s money. I will let everybody know about what this company doing and i will open a court case for this fake company.

No product, no response I ordered gloves 4 months ago and after 2 months of no updates I sent numerous requests to cancel my order. I sent 2 emails and used the ticket service on their website with no reply from the company.
