Excellent service I have been a customer of Wiggle for quite a few years now and, during this time, have never been disappointed. Their order/delivery process is extremely reliable and I’ve never once had any issues. A great company!

Was a real fan for many years not now Was a real fan for many years, but wont use them again, zero customer support, really frustrating website. Feels like they have been bought out and abandoned customer care. What I ordered arrived on time and was as described. But I'm not using them again as the customer experience is shocking, like they are being advised by RyanAir on customer service

Really good service I ordered some thermal bib tights one size larger than I normally need but they came out smaller than was comfortable I returned them and ordered 2 sizes up from my usual size and they were near perfect Wiggle returned my original purchase and all is good

With all the issues of wiggle With all the issues of wiggle, I did not think they would provide the same service as before bu5 they did. Thanks for the same excellent market place and efficient service as before. Hope all works out and you continue for a lot longer

Poor customer care Well the delivery time didn't take too long when my product arrived. However, the product (a pair of Altra running shoes, quite expensive) developed a fault sooner than expected and I sent three return/faulty item request to no avail. Not one reply!!! I am very disappointed that the customer care seems to be non-existent. I hope they improve on this as currently I will likely not use their website to order items again due to these reasons.
