IMAlmost 20 years........ I've shopped with Wiggle for over 18 years. I've spent in excess of £25k on cycling kit etc over the years. The service is the best I've experienced. The prices are excellent. Returns policy is first rate. I've genuinely never had a bad experience with Wiggle. I pray that they carry on trading. Regards James Evans.

GBTook the money and ran Did not send an order having paid for next day delivery - 60 hours on and still waiting for it to be processed. Customer service is non-existent - just a bot to give replies. Avoid at all costs.

GBWiggle continued to sell goods despite… Wiggle continued to sell goods despite knowing they were in administration. They are now refusing to refund returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

GBReally good service I ordered some thermal bib tights one size larger than I normally need but they came out smaller than was comfortable I returned them and ordered 2 sizes up from my usual size and they were near perfect Wiggle returned my original purchase and all is good

GBDreadful website Dreadful website. I was searching for a cassette, selected size and it gave me small, medium and large as options! What a joke. I won’t be using Wiggle again after years as a loyal customer, new owners don’t seem to have a clue about cycling. Prices not competitive anymore either. Used to be such a great brand.
