GBI reached out to your company days ago… Got NO RESPONSE to resolve my issue. I reached out to your company days ago to return the LH Clubs for RH clubs, I am still emailing you guys for a response. That is “POOR” customer service. I should have received instructions to return the incorrect item and when I could expect the right items. I am disappointed in the NO RESPONSE I am getting.

GBHorrible I was charged multiple times… Horrible I was charged multiple times for multiple units when I only ordered 2 & they were suppose to be in clothed & heavy duty yet they are cheaply made not sturdy at all

The web site pictures were very accurate and so was the description of items received. The clubs arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. GBCustomer service absolutely rubbish Customer service absolutely rubbish. E-mailed,phoned tried to leave a message they will not reply or respond. Purchased a treadmill 6 moths, has developed a fault and trying to correct. Going to pursue through the Credit Card Dept.

GBReturn request ignored. Ordered a golf bag. Wasn't quite what we expected and requested a return label and credit. Crickets!!! I called, left messages and used the Amazon return process. Based on other reviews I would say that this is typical. I wish I had checked the reviews first.
