Phone system is non functional, no call back service or answer machine , no refund, awful service. I will continue to post reviews until Someone replies!

Exactly what he was looking for and he has been thoroughly enjoying riding it. Shop247 shipped the product to us very quickly and it was received in good order. Assembly was simple and no problem. I could not be more pleased with my… I could not be more pleased with my Shop 247 experience. I ordered a 20’X40’ event tent and it arrived quickly, as described and in good order. The most impressive part of the experience was when I realize two pole feet were missing. I contacted customer service. They were polite and quick to respond. I received the missing parts in less than a week. I look forward to additional Shop 247 experiences in the future!

Horrible I was charged multiple times… Horrible I was charged multiple times for multiple units when I only ordered 2 & they were suppose to be in clothed & heavy duty yet they are cheaply made not sturdy at all

Customer service absolutely rubbish Customer service absolutely rubbish. E-mailed,phoned tried to leave a message they will not reply or respond. Purchased a treadmill 6 moths, has developed a fault and trying to correct. Going to pursue through the Credit Card Dept.
