They also refuse to answer your phone calls And will block you and you will never hear a call back just like all the other reviewer’s. I have the same problem I purchased a scooter it will not start now they refused to answer the phone so I called my credit card company and canceled I refuse to pay!

Pleased with the Product My overall experience was good. The only issue I had was reaching someone in Customer Service. Every time I called, I had to leave a message and my calls were not returned. Tracking my order was difficult because I couldn't reach anyone. When I did finally reach someone however, they were extremely polite and helpful. The MCO and Bill of Sale for the vehicle were also slow to arrive - weeks after I purchased the vehicle. Still, the product was delivered as described and without issues. I would purchase from Superiorpowersports again.

I would give 0 stars if i could I would give 0 stars if i could. Received TBR7 with concealed damage to front wheel. Sent images of damage,they say that they never received them. Wont answer my calls,dont return calls, Customer has no priority at all after they get their money.I now have a USELESS STREET LEGAL MOTORCYCLE, no front wheel and will not answer my request for Manufacturer Certificate of Origin for title. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT buy from this company DO NOT buy from this company. I purchased a Tao 200 quad for my son's birthday and received it. Put it together and the gear shift is broken. It will not go into gear. Their customer service is horrific. Told my wife since she's a female that she doesn't know what she's talking about. Said a mechanic needed to assemble the quad. Guess what? I'm an ASE certified technician. Will not respond. Will not honor the warranty, I am going to have to take legal action. These guys are crooks. STAY FAR AWAY!!

Ordered 3 scooters Ordered 3 scooters. Two 50cc and one 150cc. They all came in excellent condition. Instructions were easy to complete the oil changes. Started right up and have been enjoying the ride. Smooth transaction from beginning to end. Thank you
