unit was dropped during some point in… unit was dropped during some point in shipping , carburetor is not able to be adjusted , seat does not stay locked down , tried to attempt to reach customer service , but hard to deal with , says carb is fine from a pic, Lol... unit does not idle and carburetor has no idle circuit to adjust , mixture and idle screw does not even reach throttle plate ….carb defective ,

They also provided me with an emailed address that I could contact to take advantage of free ATV training for my kid. If your in the market for a kids atv I would highly recommend checking them out and take advantage of Best prices , friendly service and contact information for your kid to get some free atv safety training as well.

This company has requested for me to… This company has requested for me to send my parts back to them to fix those parts they.They sent me a return slip two years ago for them to paint the parts because they sent me the wrong warranty parts with the wrong color. Now they refuse to return my parts. So Pretty much they have stolen parts of my moped. If you have any sense you will not deal with this company they will rip you off. I don't see how it's legal for them to steal my warranty parts. Don't deal with these people they are thieves.

I have reported it to the Better Business Bureau and have obtained a representative I’m not going to stop until I receive my full refund as promised.

Awesome!!! Every step of the way to make a purchase from this company has been stellar! Super easy, and talk about fast!! I received my bike in only 5 days since purchasing! Shipping box had some damage but the bike was pretty well protected. Not a scratch on it. Everything that was needed was there. Took only a little less than 2 hours to assemble, gassed up and running. I am a totally satisfied individual. I highly recommend this company!
