Got water rower as gift, missing critical part! Got water rower as gift. When went to assemble, was missing the seat pad and had broken phone holder. I have no way to contact company as their website is down! No seat pad makes the machine completely nonfunctional! Help!

Mislabeled components, Difficult display Mislabeled components made it difficult to assemble. (Screws were mislabeled, so we had to figure some portions out on our own.) The electronic display is also not very user-friendly, so I haven't even bothered using it. The ESL grammar in the user manual doesn't help...

I ordered the classic rowing machine in… I ordered the classic rowing machine in the middle of October. The machine was shipped with me with incomplete parts so it is impossible to assemble. I informed the company about this and identified the missing parts and they resent duplicates of a part I already have. Terrible customer service has left me trying to find a solution for over a month now. No phone number, terrible communication delays via email, no web based chat. STAY AWAY from this company.
