I emailed and received a response that you would let me know when it shipped and apologizing for the delay. Its been four more days and still haven't heard anything, except of course for this request for a review. Where is my chair? When is it going to ship?

Awesome Company I purchased a couple of Los Angeles Dodgers gifts for my daughter who is a big Dodgers fan. She was so happy!!! The deliveries arrived sooner than expected which is always nice!!! I must mention that I thought one of my purchases hadn’t been delivered and when I contacted their customer service I was so pleased with the timely manner in which they responded and they were so polite!!! I was so impressed!!! The package had been delivered and my neighbor picked it up for me so that was my error and when I told them it was my mistake they weren’t sarcastic or rude which made me happy. All in all I would definitely recommend this company for all their Great Qualities!!! And I will definitely be purchasing again from them.

I truly LOVE my Dolphins seat cushion! I truly LOVE my Dolphins seat cushion! I had accidentally "hit the wrong button" when I was ordering it, and ended up with Kansas City Koozies. I sent an email shortly after I place the order - like within less than an hour - asking if those could be removed from my order. I never got a response, and they were delivered with my seat cushion. I just sent another email, to see if I can return them for a refund. I did not open the packaging that they are in. Thank you!

2 months after placing my order 2 months after placing my order, I still have not received my items. They are absolutely impossible to contact as everyone apparently doesn't care about customer service. I will NEVER buy from again. If I could give them a minus 5 I would!
