Everybody said your company was a scam Everybody said your company was a scam. Never heard from you about my order so asked to cancel it because I figured it was a scam. Are you a real company?

I will never use this company again I will never use this company again, it was my first and will be my last. I was constantly trying to get the status of my order. I finally got a response about 2 days later. He stated in the email I would get an answer in 24 to 48 hours, at this point I was ready to cancel my order. Well, 24 to 48 hours turned into about 7 to days. In the meantime, I contacted my credit card company with my concerns. The telephone number on the website is not answered, I left several messages and no one ever called me back.
