Over the years Over the years, my wife has bought no fewer than 6 pairs of teva sandals… ALL of them have come apart… the upper separates from lower … I have tried everything… glue, sewing,etc. Vulcanization technology has been around for ever. you folks cannot make a more reliable product? I told my wife to quit buying these substandard sandals… she’s learning… if they were really cheap. It would be different… but these sandals are expensive! Make a more reliable product or just quit altogether…so disappointed

I purchased 6 or more pairs of sandals… I purchased 6 or more pairs of sandals over the years, when I made the latest purchase in a sale they let me place the order then cancelled as no stock. Teva’s idea of good service is to inform you they have cancelled your order, its not good enough, if they advertise a product at a price Teva should honour that, they simply don't. I gave then multiple opportunities to correct this, they weren’t interested. I will now seek an alternative supplier.

Return pick up failure I ordered sandals online on May 5 23. I decided I didn't want them and followed the online instructions for returning them. I put package in my post box at the end of May to be picked up by the laughingly named Post Haste. It's still there! I've followed this up several times by email. Nominally it's the courier's fault, but the buck stops with Teva. They should have apologised directly to me and arranged pickup with a more conscientious courier. And it's Teva who are hanging on to my $120.

Quality has massively deteriorated I have worn Teva sandals since the early 1990's. I recently decided to get yet another pair (the F1 5 Universal being the new model name for the ones I had bought before) but they are no longer the same. I was shocked. The cushioning, especially under the balls of your feet, is now very poor for cushioned footwear let alone for what was once a leading manufacturer in this area. Other aspects are also distinctly lower quality and cheaper construction. I sent mine back for a refund.

Do Not Use-No Delivery-No Refunds Ordered sandals in April 2022, payment taken, email notification of purchase, then..silence. No delivery, no response to emails, no refund. Do not use this company, do not waste your time or money. As previously listed here if there was a minus rating Teva would get it.
