A group of Scammers with awful customer service Safepet is an absolutely awful and dispicable company, if you can even call it that. I purchased ONE dog seatbelt harness, and then was charged for 2, and a dog carry bag that I NEVER purchased! Their website has flaws and lies on multiple pages. Worst of all their quote “unbeatable customer service” NEVER answers emails and is extremely frustrating to communicate with. After I noticed that I had been charged for things that I had never purchased, I immediately emailed them, only to find out that there was NO canceling and returns would cost more than the original product did. Please don’t be fooled, and PLEASE do not buy anything from this horrible, awful group of scammers.

Safepet.co Terrible experience I only tried to get the free seatbelt and they charged me for other things there is no number u can contact at all when you email they do not respond they also will trap u in a subscription to the point u have to get a new card. This is such a crappy website needs to be shut down immediately. They dont care about your dogs at all all they care about is their crappy money. Very dishonest untrustworthy people

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM! This website is a scam. I ordered a leash and was charged for more than I ordered because they added things into my order that I did not click on. When checking out there is no where on the website stating that by placing an order you are also subscribing to a monthly charge of 49.95 on random dog stuff. There is no where on the website to cancel this subscription/membership and there is no working phone number to call in order to do so. Emailing them is difficult because they dont seem to respond to complaints or concerns. I have filed an FBI internet crime complaint in hopes to get this website shut down and I hope itll help others who have become victims of safepet.co

Without knowing when you get the VIP box , your subscribing to monthly deliveries. A horrible experience going in 5 was so far and still can’t get any direct answers 👎👎👎
