Beginner dive in Mexico with Jorge Myself and my partner done a beginner dive in Mexico at playa del carman at the Playacar resort are instructor was Jorge He was an amazing instructor, explained everything and was amazing on the dive it was just us 3 and he really looked after us, showed us everything he could It was an amazing experience made perfect because of Jorge Definitely would recommend he puts you at ease and was just so lovely

Unable to login to obtain replacement card I've had the same issue before when I was trying to login to obtain online free dive manual. So I was trying to update my sons junior open water card to an adult. Login and find his record confirm it's him. It then takes me to another login screen. I enter the usual login details and it says invalid username and password. I even try the forgot password option and change it to another and then try and login again and it still does it! Terrible service

What era were the PADI elearning… What era were the PADI elearning modules made in? What an incredibly frustrating user experience - 1) the site is outdated and crashes every 2min 2) the videos play and then reload continuously. It already takes 12-15 hours to finish the modules but because the videos keep buffering/reloading its adding an extra 2-3 hrs to my work. Unclear why I paid extra $$$ for this piece of crap.

PADI centers providing really poor… PADI centers providing really poor experiences and despite PADI being the provider of this courses they refuse to openly take action and help customer. Don't go to PADI unless you want to get drowned! UPDATE Following the bad reviews here they have reply to me bellow as you can see inviting me to have a private conversation. During the conversation they didn't actually offer a solution or something better but instead they have just tried to divert the conversation from public into private so less people to be aware of. Don't do Padi but instead go any alternative!

Dear Padi company / team that are… Dear Padi company / team that are responsible for making their website and app, Do better. Provide a more intuitive experience when using your products. Ask your users how they would like to use your tools. Create user flow diagrams to understand the user stories of your customers. Most of all don’t hire a cheap terrible company or person to make your products as it really effects your organization’s image.
