When making reservations for a resort…confirm your room location. When making reservations for a resort on bonaire we requested a room on the second floor with a pool view and were assured that our preferences would be conveyed. However when we got there our room was first floor in a different section of the resort. Extremely disappointed. After a lot of discussion with the resort staff we were able to move to a more suitable room the next day. Not sure what we could have done differently to ensure we got what we wanted. Everything else was great.

I have been using Kim now for over 6… I have been using Kim now for over 6 years, when I finally started diving seriously. I got certified back in 1983 but never had the time and money to go diving being from Maryland. Cold water and low visibility was not that appealing to me. But all my Caribbean trips have been through her. She has never lead me astray. Her helped me get both my kids certified down south and we have always liked where we have stayed. Just got back from Bonaire this morning and we will be going back in the fall with her help. And remember 'life is diving everything else is surface interval."

Amazing service and knowledge Our agent Doris was amazing at trip planning and also went above and beyond when we had an issue with one of the vendors. She sorted it out immediately! I have booked many trips with Doris and Caradonna Adventures and I highly recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else!

Will never book a Scuba Trip without Caradonna! This was my first time using a travel agency and I will not book another big scuba diving trip without booking through Caradonna! Incredible experience.
