This is the second time using Caradonna… This is the second time using Caradonna to schedule our group dive vacation, we will continue to use Kim @ Caradonna for all our Dive Trip needs.

The two guides on our snorkeling trip… The two guides on our snorkeling trip went out of their way to make sure everyone understood everything and saw everything. They also stopped to help if anyone was having trouble with their equipment and explained what to do to have a better experience.

When making reservations for a resort…confirm your room location. When making reservations for a resort on bonaire we requested a room on the second floor with a pool view and were assured that our preferences would be conveyed. However when we got there our room was first floor in a different section of the resort. Extremely disappointed. After a lot of discussion with the resort staff we were able to move to a more suitable room the next day. Not sure what we could have done differently to ensure we got what we wanted. Everything else was great.
