I had a good experience I was extremely skeptical and thought I got scammed but received my snowboard jacket 3 days later. I was surprised that it was actually nice quality and exactly like the photo! I tested it under running water to make sure it was in fact water proof and it passed the test. Though my personal experience, this website is legit! I hope this helps. I ordered my Searipe snowsuit from them first, as I saw some reviews were not so satisfying, but I just loved the colour so much! So gave it try, it turned out very good quality and fast delivery, I got it in a week just before Xmas. It fits perfectly, and the style is exactly what I wanted. Later I got my husband a white SMN NASA suit, my kids Phibee dinos and rabbit onesie, top quality! You can't find the cute design like this in the UK! Kids got quite some attention on their gear. :) They all loved their outfits! Very happy with our purchases! Thank you!

POOR QUALITY DONT BUY HERE I received a winter jacket on December 7. I did not use the jacket until December 16. The wrist strap of the jacket was completely torn. Clearly made very poorly so I requested a refund. They told me that I should have requested the refund right on delivery, as they “thoroughly check products, and the coat must have been worn”. Even if I wore the coat if the sleeve is ripping off 11 days after I receive it- the product is bad quality. They told me they cannot offer a refund, when their policy clearly states to contact within 14 days of delivery, which I did. They suggested I go to a tailor for a coat that is brand new LOL. I'm never usually fussed about things like this but the customer service blows, don't buy here.

Poor Quality - Do Not Buy I got this ski jacket for Christmas and didn't use it until the beginning of February to go skiing. I have used it twice and the main zipper broke off. One of the Velcro pieces on the flap overlay of the main zipper is already coming off. Lastly, on the left arm there is a zipper pocket that has some stain that has become present around the whole pocket. I contacted Snowverb and they won't do anything because they go off the delivery date. They didn't even try to make anything right. There products are made cheap and sold at a price that doesn't represent the craftsmanship. Do not buy their products as they are inferior to competitors like North Face.
