I bought Bib ski pants for my daughter… I bought Bib ski pants for my daughter for Christmas. They were too big. I tried emailing the company several times to exchange. I received not a single response. Would not recommend dealing with this company!!!👎🏼

POOR QUALITY DONT BUY HERE I received a winter jacket on December 7. I did not use the jacket until December 16. The wrist strap of the jacket was completely torn. Clearly made very poorly so I requested a refund. They told me that I should have requested the refund right on delivery, as they “thoroughly check products, and the coat must have been worn”. Even if I wore the coat if the sleeve is ripping off 11 days after I receive it- the product is bad quality. They told me they cannot offer a refund, when their policy clearly states to contact within 14 days of delivery, which I did. They suggested I go to a tailor for a coat that is brand new LOL. I'm never usually fussed about things like this but the customer service blows, don't buy here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I tried ordering from Australia and they didn't do currency conversion when paying for item. Despite me transfering more and more money onto my card to pay it kept coming up declined. I contacted the site and asked what was wrong and they said they only accept USD conversion. So with USD to AUD conversion PLUS shipping cost the actual cost of purchasing was astronomical! Very sneaky way of scamming people out of more money!

Very Nice Items They were very responsive on Instagram and helped reassure me their policies and size guides. I ordered goggles, gloves and a snowsuit. Everything was 10/10 and for the price I’m very satisfied. So many zippers and even zippers on the legs in case you get too hot so there is some airflow. The suit was lined nicely and the goggles made the visibility better. I ordered with express shipping it was an extra 15€ and surprisingly it came in exactly one week! Very quick delivery.
