GBMakes A Long and Difficult Process Easier! I used Time to Hire to find Advertising Sales Reps for my magazine. It is incredibly difficult to staff for this type of position in 2019. Even with a base salary I received mostly flake outs (people not showing up for the interview, or people agreeing to the offer and then not showing up for work) using other platforms. Time to Hire understands that hiring for this type of position is a large numbers game. They contact a lot of people with a background in the field or close to it and by contacting enough of them they make sure that a portion responds. They also give you a lot of information on how to get people interested as well as measure who would be the best fit. Highly Recommended!

INGreat Service Great Service - Very Low Price Compared to Full Service Recruiters. One thing I always have trouble with recruitng is volume. People who want to do canvassing are hard to come by, even harder now in the situation we find ourselves in with benefits sometimes overweighing what we can afford to offer. These guys had my phone ringing in two days when I couldn't get a response to my add for weeks. I highly recommend them.

Just like anything, using keyword searches is only a guestimation...but over time, a company that is expanding rapidly can help dial in those keyword searches. I have hired a few people from this company, and although we end up reaching a few people who are not a good fit, through the sheer volume of searches, we are able to shave off so much time in hiring people.
