Great service I don’t like the way… Great service I don’t like the way products came in separately I was expecting all items come together but they arrived on different days and took longer than I was expected. But service was great

Good quality product, poor delivery service choice! Quality of plates are worthy of praise. Unfortunately order processing seems rather slow, and FedEx of course held true to their typically embarrassing standards. Should be able to expect a little more when paying such a high cost for shipping. Good product however.

225 pound set and bars, Best customer service from Barbell Standard I bought the 225 set with bars and were delivered on time, we did run into a snag with fed ex on they shipped the bar and how I received the rest of the order. I want to bring awareness on situations like this because fedex was trying to put all the blame on barbell standard when in fact it was the poor delivery skills that drivers and centers are having. Barbell standard always answered my emails and phone calls. They sent me the rest of my missing equipment and gave me a credit to my account for the damage on my ( 7 ft bar ) and inconvenience. I want to thank everybody at barbell for being super responsive and putting me first as a customer! When you buy from Barbell Standard, you won’t be disappointed! Quality is given from beginning to end!!

Great customer service but some shipping problems The equipment itself is amazing and has that classic look and feel to it. Only issue is my last two orders haven't showed up, however one was refunded and they are working on the other. The customer service is also amazing and respond quickly to emails. Review Edit - 5 stars now, customer service helped me through and made sure my order arrived.

Did not disappoint! Everything ordered was delivered as expected. Product was high quality. I would certainly buy again…
