Great customer service but some shipping problems The equipment itself is amazing and has that classic look and feel to it. Only issue is my last two orders haven't showed up, however one was refunded and they are working on the other. The customer service is also amazing and respond quickly to emails. Great service and product They did not have the set I want online, but was able to put a custom set together for me at the promotional prices.y order was delayed and as a sorry for the delay I was sent a complimentry barbell shoulder pad and bar clamps.

Good quality product, poor delivery service choice! Quality of plates are worthy of praise. Unfortunately order processing seems rather slow, and FedEx of course held true to their typically embarrassing standards. Should be able to expect a little more when paying such a high cost for shipping. Good product however.
