Absolutely Excellent Customer Service I ordered a pair of 45's that turned out to be a pre-order. I had waited almost a month without a response so I emailed support for any updates. Michael M. from support was fantastic and instantly answered all my questions. I have purchased from Barbell Standard previously as well without issue, 11/10 highly recommend buying from here.

Customer service is phenomenal I have placed a few orders with Barbell Standard . Mostly flawless products. On one occasion the product was low quality . Barbell Standard immediately addressed my concerns and worked with me to resolve the issue. They actually responded to an email on Thanksgiving Day. Great great customer service. Also the replacement item was flawless also.

False Advertising! Bought four of their 45lbs Milled Iron plates only because they advertised as having a 17.5" diameter which would match my Rogue plates. These are clearly 17.7" inch plates! Customer service simply said "thanks for letting us know" and has not responded with any sort of return or compensation solution. If you do deadlifts with appreciable weight you already know the importance of having matching plate diameters to minimize barbell and plate wear and tear.

225 pound set and bars, Best customer service from Barbell Standard I bought the 225 set with bars and were delivered on time, we did run into a snag with fed ex on they shipped the bar and how I received the rest of the order. I want to bring awareness on situations like this because fedex was trying to put all the blame on barbell standard when in fact it was the poor delivery skills that drivers and centers are having. Barbell standard always answered my emails and phone calls. They sent me the rest of my missing equipment and gave me a credit to my account for the damage on my ( 7 ft bar ) and inconvenience. I want to thank everybody at barbell for being super responsive and putting me first as a customer! When you buy from Barbell Standard, you won’t be disappointed! Quality is given from beginning to end!!
