GBWorking to Be Fitter & Leaner 74 Year Old I have carefully used the 1-2-3 10 minute learning sessions followed by one of the 5 minute cool down sessions. It is encouraging to have the different trainers teaching proper form and breathing techniques as well as rowing along the Charles River or beautiful waters in the Bahamas. I have taught yoga for 6 years and now teach gentle yoga 3-4 days a weeks to Seniors, so my legs and glutes are in great shape & I find it easy to push my effort up on the rower quite quickly. The rower will really help me develop my core, shoulders, and arms. I am recovering from some minor surgery I had on the 22nd and can't wait for my surgeon to release me to exercise and teach yoga again in 2 weeks!

GBDisabled Combat Veteran, excited to get back in shape. To the company, the team members, thank you! Your rower and interactive workouts have brought me back into self care. I'm a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran, fighting PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder, getting motivated is a struggle. From being an athlete with a scholarship right out of high school, to a fit soldier, then on to a complete mental and physical shutdown. I needed a change, and you brought it. Every morning I wake up excited to get rowing! Your team has unlocked a new chapter in my life. I'm thankful, my wife is thankful. Blessings, Dr. DeWayne Baugus

GBI have been a rower for 30+ years... I have been been an actual sliding seat rower for many years. A good friend of ours has owned a Hydrow for 4ish years. This February he convinced me to go all in and purchase the Hydrow, my oh my, it's unbelievable. I luv the 22" screen, and the huge library. I can "row" some of the places I have actually rowed! It's a wonderful experience. And the machine is amazing! In 20-30 minutes you can achieve a full body workout with little impact. I liked my old rower, but I love this machine :) Do yourself a favor and give Hydrow a try, you won't regret it!

GBBest purchase I've made in a while Best purchase I've made in a while. The training sessions keep you engaged and pushing through the workout. I would say the membership is high but that's my opinion. They could through in a T-shirt for sure, plus that's a free marketing tool! Just a suggestion.

GBWOEFUL ROW Hi Hydrow. Sadly, my in the initial delivery of my Pro the "boxing" was VERY damaged, laying on its side in the delivery truck (not upright as specified on the packing), and had been "stabbed" with a forklift. I had waited quite a while for my Hydrow and having to send it back and wait ... again ... for a replacement delivery was hard to do. The Customer Team members I spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful but a couple of them were difficult to understand. On its arrival and power-up the rower would not connect with my modem and required yet another call to Customer Service. After some resetting and rebooting, it finally connected and, for the last week, operation has been flawless. I wish I could've started rowing a month ago.
