GBTop Tier Web Store/Support Chris in customer support has been awesome with helping me find parts, troubleshoot my old treadmill, and even gave advice when I had trouble putting a new part on the machine. The parts shipped slow, but my treadmill is pretty old so I imagine it took a while to find the parts that I ordered. When I asked for an update, I got an IMMEDIATE reply from an actual person(Chris). Replies with my follow up questions are answered extremely quickly as well, no matter how mundane they seemed to me. Amazon customer support as an entire team could never expect to be better than Fitness Parts Warehouse's speed and support.

GBAbove and beyond what was expected Unfortunately they did not have the cable I was looking for because it had been discontinued by the manufacturer, but they did offer a solution to my problem by pointing me to a company where I could have the discontinued cable custom made.

GBProForm Seat Replacement called to find out if they had a seat… I called to find out if they had a seat for my ProForm carbon CX home spinning bike. The seat on that bike for the manufacturer was grossly uncomfortable and anatomically incorrect for women. I spoke to Chris while we were talking on the phone, found a seat replacement on Amazon and suggested that I order it. He was very careful to make sure that it met the same specs as the Pro Form so that it would install correctly. He was right on! I received the seat yesterday and I'm a very happy customer!!

GBHad the part when I couldn't find it elsewhere. My high rating is for them having a part for a exercise bike that was about 15 years old. Not only did they have the part, they sent me a couple of pictures of the part to insure it was the part I needed. The price was fair and they shipped it right away. Within a week I had my bike and exercise regime back in action! Thanks again!!
