GBI had my package stolen from the parcel… I had my package stolen from the parcel locker at my apartment complex and I immediately contacted gymreaper’s customer support to see if there was anything they could no. Of course, not expecting anything since it was an accident. However, their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Extremely helpful and attentive with replying and helping me get another order in replacing my stolen package when they didn’t have to do anything. Huge shoutout to Cristian for helping me. Amazing customer service and high quality gym wear. What more could you ask for? This experience has easily made Gymreapers my favorite gym apparel brand. Can’t beat it!

GBExcellent service Excellent service. I didn’t realize my old address was on file. When I entered my address for credit card I incorrectly thought I was putting in my shipping address. When I contacted customer support they corrected the issue in minutes. And it was late at night too! Love the shirts and love the service!

GBI was missing a unit number on my order… I was missing a unit number on my order (my fault) and as soon as I found out I contacted gym reapers support team. Within 10 minutes I got an email back saying my address was fixed and my order is on its way back 10/10 service will recommend to any in need of real lifting gear 💪

GBGood online customer service Bought some wrist wraps 1-2 years ago. Used it every session that it was needed , started having wear and tear and eventually ripped where the thumb loop is. Just thought I would go ahead and message customer service- got a quick reply and they honored there warranty by sending me new wraps for free.
