My son, who is shy and at times introverted has learned to be confident and brave in his new journey of MMA. If your child is looking for a place to learn self defense and to build their confidence, this is the place for you!

Amazing! Everyone there has been so kind and welcoming. The instructors are very patient with me as a newbie with zero experience in martial arts and kickboxing. So happy to have found this place filled with incredible people.

Had a great birthday party Had a great birthday party! We had kids from 2-12 and all had fun and even the parents got to play too. Thank you to Heather and Trevor for making my daughter’s party easy and fun! I’ll definitely recommend to friends and may even come again. I’ll look into the other programs as well.

I gave it four stars because I come… I gave it four stars because I come from an old skool boxing.Where boxing was only thought and in not use d to holding pads for anyone. Other then my opinion everything else is great the classes are motivating and challenging.
