A great place to learn MMA We love No Joke ... my children have learned a lot in the programs - from martial arts class, to jiu jitsu and even boxing. We've been at No Joke for 8 years and absolutely love the program, as well as the teachers.

Super friendly from walking through the… Super friendly from walking through the door. All the staff and instructors are very technical and take the time to break it down to support the learning of their students.

First time customer and new to Martial Arts I walked in and was promptly greeted by Rich and Leah, they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Rich took us inside the boxing ring and started to demonstrate some basic boxing and Muay Thai stances, kicks and punch combinations. There were no sales tactics, it was all straight talk, very professional and informative. I signed up on the spot and now to learn something new.
