Horrible Experience and Poor Customer Service I made an order on a like a Saturday night. I changed my mind and canceled the order on their website within 30 minutes from when I ordered it. I went through trying to contact them and there was a prompt for me to cancel. It asked me why and I told them. Then I find out like on Monday or Tuesday that they shipped the item out. After speaking to customer service, they said to have the order sent back to them so I declined the shipment and it went back. Then they charged me a restocking fee. I understand that is their return policy and it states that there is a restocking fee if returned. My issue is that I canceled the item and had proof that their system had received my cancel request, which was only 30 minutes after I ordered it. So it's not my fault that they decided to ship my order. I will never order from Titan Fitness again and their customer service was terrible!!! I was a repeat customer as I have bought their lat pulldown equipment from them in the past. Never again!

Heavy duty and no shipping fees! Titan Fitness is my go to for gym equipment. Their products are heavy duty, well designed and come with no shipping costs, unlike other online fitness equipment sellers. That’s a big deal considering the freight charges that come with heavy equipment. I’m still looking for one more large piece to finish my home gym and I’m sure I’ll be looking at titan fitness when the time comes!

There is rarely a problem, but when there is, Titan Fitness does an outstanding job at making it right very quickly.
