I ordered my Pilates reformer almost 2… I ordered my Pilates reformer almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. It has been fully paid for, so I'm now paying interest on something I don't even have. I realize that times are strange with shipping items etc., but haven't heard anything from them since the last notification that it would be even later than expected. I've not been given any kind of time frame when I might receive it either. It's been a frustrating experience and it makes me nervous that I may never see my reformer despite already shelling out a substantial amount of money.

Can not reach an employee I have not been able to reach customer service in 2 weeks to install my new equipment. No one calls back. Kind of disappointing because the equipment is expensive. I’ll reconsider my review once it gets out of the box if I ever reach an employee.

Lagree reformer Great machine overall. Lost 2 stars because: 1. The stickers that sit on top of the front&back platforms were peeling off from every edge when I opened the box. 2. Although it’s great that it folds I half for storage, the carriage has been getting stuck (feels like driving over a pot hole) during some of the exercises. Almost like it should be a smaller folding crease so the wheels don’t get stuck.
