Positive motivated amazing trainer Danita Young 😍 I’m a long time lover of this product and the owner Danita Young. She is super amazing very knowledgeable and knows how to help you get to your goal. Love the program have purchased many times and am still a customer over 5yrs :) You can’t find a better trainer and company that actually cares about their customers goals and needs.

The program is great! Danita is great! She supportive and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her meeting me where I am, as far as knowledge about a certain subject, and building from there. There have been some bumps in the road with billing, and the program is not cheap. I've only been in the program a few weeks, and I'm already seeing results, so I'm excited to see where this takes me!

Constancy is key! I started with Booty bands in 2019 and Never ever thought I could have a booty or curves at that, and since then I have gained so much confidence and for the first time ever I actually feel beautiful and attractive. Staying consistent does matter if it’s only 10 mins or 40 mins it definitely pays off 😊. Be patient with yourself and don’t give up!
